Aega ASA invites the company’s shareholders and investors to a digital information meeting about the ongoing rights issue and a general company update.

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 31 August 2021 about the proposed Rights Issue and the subsequent approval and publication of the prospectus for the rights issue on 11 October 2021. As mentioned in the stock exchange announcement dated 31 August 2021, when the prospectus for the proposed transaction has been approved by the FSA, Aega will invite all shareholders to an information meeting about the transaction and an update about the company’s strategy.
