Approval and publication of prospectus

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Aega

ASA (the "Company") dated 30 May 2016 regarding the

completed private placement of shares in the Company

directed towards Norwegian investors and international

institutional investors, raising gross proceeds of NOK

25,591,986 (the "Private Placement").

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has today

approved the Company's prospectus (the "Prospectus") for

listing on Oslo Axess of the 8,530,662 new shares issued in

connection with the Private Placement, each with a nominal

value of NOK 1.00.

The Prospectus has been published and is available at the

Company's website www.aega.no. In addition, hard copies may

be obtained free of charge from the offices of the Company

at c/o Vaagen Corporate Finance AS, Munkedamsveien 35, 0250

Oslo, Norway.

The new shares issued in the Private Placement will be

listed on Oslo Axess as soon as practically possible after

the publication of the Prospectus.

The Company only has one class of shares.

Aega ASA is a solar utility company that acquires and

operates solar power plants. The Company currently owns a

portfolio of six individual solar parks in Italy with a

combined production capacity of 6MW. The Company focuses on

acquisitions of smaller existing solar parks (below 5MW

of 50MW within the end of 2017 by taking advantage of the
