Changes in management team of Aega Solar AS

The Board of Directors at Aega Solar AS has terminated the "Agreement regarding

consultancy services" with Businessizer AS, a company owned by Håvard Lillebo,

regarding CEO services. Aega Solar AS is currently recruiting a new CEO for Aega Solar

AS.

The team at Aega Solar AS manages Aega ASA's solar plant assets according to a

management agreement, and the change in management team at Aega Solar AS does not

affect this agreement.
