ble truffet i tråd med forslag i innkallingen. Vedlagt

følger protokollen fra generalforsamlingen.

Det forventes at selskapet i løpet av kort tid vil signere

endelig aksjekjøpsavtale om kjøp av aksjene i Aega Yieldco

AS, i samsvar med intensjonsavtalen inngått 21. desember

2015. Ytterligere informasjon vil bli gitt så snart avtalen

er signert.
