UPDATE OF 2016 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

The meeting of the Board of Directors to approve 1H 2016 Consolidated results has been anticipated to July 28th, 2016

Aeffe Spa informs that the Board of Directors to approve 1H 2016 consolidated results has been anticipated to July 28th 2016 rather than on July 29th as communicated on 22nd December 2015.

2016 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

We would like to communicate you the dates of the Aeffe's 2016 Financial Calendar:

February 11th 2016: Aeffe Group Net Sales 2015 results

March 10th 2016: Board of Directors approves the draft of annual consolidated results (31st December 2015) and relative conference call;

April 13th 2016: Annual Shareholders' Meeting approves annual consolidated results (31st December 2015);

May 12th 2016: Board of Directors approves 1Q 2016 consolidated results and relative conference call; July 28th 2016: Board of Directors approves 1H 2016 consolidated results and relative conference call; November 10th 2016: Board of Directors approves 3Q 2016 consolidated results and relative conference call.
