UPDATE OF 2019 FINANCIAL CALENDAR The meeting of the Board of Directors to approve 9M 2019 Consolidated Results has been postponed to November 13th, 2019

Aeffe Spa informs that the Board of Directors to approve 9M 2019 consolidated results has been postponed to November 13th 2019 rather than on November 7th as communicated in December 2018.

2019 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

We would like to communicate you the dates of the Aeffe's 2019 Financial Calendar:

February 1st 2019: Board of Directors approves Aeffe Group Net Sales 2018 results;

March 12th 2019: Board of Directors approves the draft of annual consolidated results (31st December 2018) and relative conference call;

April 18th 2019: Annual Shareholders' Meeting approves annual consolidated results (31st December 2018);

May 9th 2019: Board of Directors approves 1Q 2019 consolidated results and relative conference call; July 30th 2019: Board of Directors approves 1H 2019 consolidated results and relative conference call;

November 13th 2019: Board of Directors approves 9M 2019 consolidated results and relative conference call.
