UPDATE OF 2018 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

The meeting of the Board of Directors to approve FY 2017 Consolidated sales has been anticipated to February 6th, 2018

Aeffe Spa informs that the Board of Directors to approve FY 2017 consolidated sales has been anticipated to February 6th 2018 rather than on February 14th as communicated in December 2017.

2018 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

We would like to communicate you the dates of the Aeffe's 2018 Financial Calendar:

February 6th 2018: Board of Directors approves Aeffe Group Net Sales 2017 results

March 8th 2018: Board of Directors approves the draft of annual consolidated results (31st December 2017) and relative conference call;

April 12th 2018: Annual Shareholders' Meeting approves annual consolidated results (31st December 2017);

May 10th 2018: Board of Directors approves 1Q 2018 consolidated results and relative conference call; July 27th 2018: Board of Directors approves 1H 2018 consolidated results and relative conference call; November 8th 2018: Board of Directors approves 3Q 2018 consolidated results and relative conference call.
