AEFFE: Avviso di convocazione dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti

San Giovanni in Marignano, 13 Marzo 2015

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Aeffe S.p.A. - società del lusso, quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana, che opera sia nel settore del prêt-à-porter sia nel settore delle calzature e pelletteria con marchi di elevata notorietà, tra cui Alberta Ferretti, Moschino, Pollini, Emanuel Ungaro e Cédric Charlier - comunica che la società ha provveduto, in data odierna, alla pubblicazione dell'avviso di convocazione dell'Assemblea dei Soci per il giorno 16 aprile 2015.

L'avviso di convocazione dell'Assemblea è stato pubblicato, ai sensi dell'art. 125-bis del TUF e ai sensi dell'art. 10 dello Statuto sociale, sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.aeffe.com nella sezione "Documenti Societari", sul quotidiano a diffusione nazionale "Italia Oggi" e attraverso il circuito SDIR NIS di Borsa Italiana.

I moduli di delega, con le relative istruzioni per la compilazione e trasmissione, sono disponibili presso la sede sociale e sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.aeffe.com nella sezione "Documenti Societari" e attraverso il circuito SDIR NIS di Borsa Italiana.

AEFFE: NOTICE OF ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

San Giovanni in Marignano, 13rd March 2015

The Aeffe S.p.A. Board of Directors communicates that the company, today, published the notice of shareholders' meeting for the 16th April 2015. The company, listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana, operates in the luxury sector, with a presence in the prêt-à-porter, footwear and leather goods division under renowned brand names such as Alberta Ferretti, Moschino, Pollini, Emanuel Ungaro and Cédric Charlier.

The notice shareholders' meeting has been published, pursuant to art. 125-bis of the TUF an pursuant to art. 10 of the Articles of Association, on the Company's website at the following address www.aeffe.com www.aeffe.com, section "Company Documents", and in the national daily newspaper "Italia Oggi" as well as via the SDIR NIS circuit organized by Borsa Italia.

Proxy forms and the related instructions for their completion and transmission are available at the registered office and from the Company's website at the address www.aeffe.com in the section "Company Documents" as well as via the SDIR NIS circuit organized by Borsa Italia.

The Company furthermore published the Report on Agenda Items prepared pursuant to para. 1 of art. 125-ter of Decree No. 58 dated 24th February 1998, that is available at the registered office and from the Company's website at the address www.aeffe.com in the section "Company Documents" as well as via the SDIR NIS circuit organized by Borsa Italia.
