AEFFE SPA AND POLLINI SPA: THE BOLOGNA COURT GRANTS THE REQUEST FOR PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES UNTIL FEBRUARY 6, 2026.

San Giovanni in Marignano 5 January 2026. Aeffe SpA ( Aeffe or the Company ) – a company listed on the Euronext Milan market of the Italian Stock Exchange, a leader in the fashion sector and luxury – with reference to the negotiated crisis resolution procedure ( CNC ) of the Company and its subsidiary Pollini SpA ( Pollini ) informs that, following the confirmation of the protective measures referred to in the press release dated 11 December 2025, Judge Dr. Antonella Rimondini accepted on 30 December 2025 the request of Aeffe and Pollini to also grant precautionary measures, taking into account, among other things, the note filed by the Expert designated in the CNC procedure, recognizing the existence of concrete elements in the recovery prospects, as well as the functionality of the precautionary measures requested for the conduct and favorable conclusion of the ongoing negotiations.

Consequently, the lessors and grantors covered by the measures are barred from enforcing guarantees, and the guarantor banks are barred from paying the amounts subject to the enforcement of the aforementioned guarantees, and from exercising recourse, subrogation, or recourse actions arising from the enforcement of guarantees and counter-guarantees against Aeffe and Pollini.

The precautionary measures have been extended until the expiration of the protective measures confirmed by the provision of last November 28 (for the maximum term - unless extended - permitted by law, with a total duration of 120 days) and, therefore, until February 6, 2026.
