San Giovanni in Marignano, 20th March 2023- Aeffe SpA, a company listed in the Euronext STAR Milan segment of Euronext Milan market of Borsa Italiana, which operates in the luxury sector, with a presence in the prêt-à-porter, footwear and leather goods division under renowned brand names such as Alberta Ferretti, Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, Moschino and Pollini, informs that the Board of Auditors communicated, on 20th March 2023, to have conducted the activities of verification provided by article 144-novies, paragraph 1-bis of the Consob's Issuers' Regulation and of the Corporate Governance Code, and it determined that all its members are suitable to the execution of the conferred appointment
