AEFFE: FILING OF LISTS FOR THE AEFFE S.P.A.'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS

San Giovanni in Marignano, 5th April 2023 Aeffe SpA, a company listed in the Euronext STAR Milan segment of Euronext Milan market of Borsa Italiana, which operates in the luxury sector, with a presence in the prêt-à-porter, footwear and leather goods division under renowned brand names such as Alberta Ferretti, Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, Moschino and Pollini, communicates that, at today, two lists for the company's Board of Directors and two lists for the appointment of the company's Board of Statutory Auditors have been deposited.

In particular:

• as far as the Board of Directors appointment is concerned:
• List presented by the shareholder Fratelli Ferretti Holding, to which number 1 has been assigned;
• List presented, together, by the shareholders Anima Sgr S.P.A. funds managing institution: Anima Crescita Italia, Anima Iniziativa Italia; Arca Fondi Sgr S.P.A. funds managing institution Arca Economia Reale Equity Italia; BancoPosta Fondi S.p.A. SGR fund managing institution Bancoposta Rinascimento; Fideuram Asset Management Ireland fund managing institution Fonditalia Equity Italy; Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking Asset Management Sgr S.P.A. funds managing institution: Fideuram Italia, Piano Azioni Italia, Piano Bilanciato Italia 30, Piano Bilanciato Italia 50; Interfund Sicav - Interfund Equity Italy; Mediolanum Gestione Fondi Sgr S.P.A. funds managing institution: Mediolanum Flessibile Futuro Italia, Mediolanum Flessibile Sviluppo Italia, to which number 2 has been assigned;
