FILING OF THE LISTS FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND FOR THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS

San Giovanni in Marignano, 21st March 2017 - The Board of Directors of Aeffe SpA, a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana, operates in the luxury sector, with a presence in the prêt-à-porter, footwear and leather goods division under renowned brand names such as Alberta Ferretti, Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, Moschino, Pollini, Jeremy Scott and Cédric Charlier announces that lists of nominations for the appointment of both the board of directors and the board of statutory auditors are now available at the registered office and on the Company's website at the address www.aeffe.com in the section "Company Documents" as well as via the EMarket SDIR circuit.

Please remember that the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders for the appointment of directors and statutory auditors has been called for 12 April 2017.
