San Giovanni in Marignano, 14 ottobre 2016 Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Aeffe Spa - società del lusso, quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana, che opera sia nel settore del prêt-à-porter sia nel settore delle calzature e pelletteria con marchi di elevata notorietà, tra cui Alberta Ferretti, Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, Moschino, Pollini, Jeremy Scott e Cédric Charlier comunica che, a seguito del decesso del Presidente del Collegio Sindacale dott. Pier Francesco Sportoletti, il dott. Luca Sapucci, Sindaco Supplente tratto dall'unica lista presentata, assume l'incarico di Sindaco Effettivo della società. La carica di Presidente del Collegio Sindacale, a norma di legge, è rivestita dal dott. Fernando Ciotti.

L'attuale Collegio Sindacale di Aeffe S.p.A. risulta composto dai seguenti membri: dott. Fernando Ciotti (Presidente del Collegio Sindacale), dott.ssa Daniela Saitta (Sindaco effettivo), dott. San Giovanni in Marignano, 14 October 2016 - The Board of Directors of Aeffe SpA, a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana, operates in the luxury sector, with a presence in the prêt-à-porter, footwear and leather goods division under renowned brand names such as Alberta Ferretti, Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, Moschino, Pollini, Jeremy Scott and Cédric Charlier, communicates that, due to the decease of the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors Mr. Pier Francesco Sportoletti, the Alternate Auditor Mr. Luca Sapucci, taken from the sole list presented, is appointed as Serving Auditor of the Company. The appointment of Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors, in accordance with the law, is performed by Mr. Fernando Ciotti. The current Board of Statutory Auditors comprises: Mr. Fernando Ciotti (Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors), Mrs. Daniela Saitta (Serving Auditor), Mr. Luca Sapucci (Serving Auditor); Mrs. Barbara Ceppellini.
