1. Résumé de la notification
Le 3 juillet 2025, conformément à l'article 14, alinéa 1er de la loi du 2 mai 2007 relative à la publicité des participations importantes, Aedifica SA a reçu une notification de transparence de la part de BlackRock, Inc. (ayant son siège social au 50 Hudson Yards, New York, NY, 10001, États-Unis) à la suite des changements apportés à la structure du groupe BlackRock annoncés le 1er juillet 2025.
BlackRock, Inc. (compte tenu des participations détenues par ses sociétés liées) détient désormais 5,96 % de droits de vote attachés à des titres et 0,29 % de droits de vote pouvant être acquis en cas d'exercice des instruments financiers assimilés (selon la précédente notification du 12 juin 2025, elle détenait 5,45 % de droits de vote attachés à des titres et 0,46 % de droits de vote pouvant être acquis en cas d'exercice des instruments financiers assimilés). Le pourcentage total détenu par BlackRock, Inc. (titres conférant le droit de vote et instruments financiers assimilés) s'élève à 6,24 %.
