Publication relating to a transparency notification

1. Summary of the notification

Pursuant to Article 14, 1st paragraph, of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major holdings, Aedifica SA announces that it has received a transparency notification from BlackRock, Inc. (having its registered offices at 55 East 52nd Street, New York, NY 10055, USA) on 19 September 2022.

BlackRock, Inc. has notified that its voting rights (taking into account the holding of its affiliates) in Aedifica SA fell below the threshold of 5 % of the voting rights on 16 September 2022. BlackRock, Inc. now holds 4.93% of voting rights and 0.49% of equivalent financial instruments (before, according to the previous notification of 9 July 2019, it held 5% of voting rights and no equivalent instruments). The aggregate percentage held by BlackRock, Inc (voting rights and equivalent financial instruments) amounts to 5.42%.
