Aecon to hold virtual annual meeting of shareholders
TORONTO, March 24, 2020 /CNW/ - Aecon Group Inc. (TSX: ARE) announced today that it will hold its annual meeting of shareholders on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 using a virtual meeting format.
The decision to move to a virtual meeting was made with the safety and health of our communities, shareholders, employees and other stakeholders as our top priority in light of the ongoing guidelines from public health authorities related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
The meeting will be held on the Broadridge Virtual Shareholder Meeting platform via live audio webcast. More details will be provided at a later date.
