On November 14, 2016, AECOM issued a press release announcing its financial results for the year ended September 30, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1. AECOM reports its results of operations based on 52 or 53-week periods ending on the Friday nearest September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30. For clarity of presentation, all periods are presented as if the periods ended on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30.
