Release of Shares from Voluntary Escrow
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, ADX Energy Ltd (‘ADX’) advises that 4,162,409 ordinary shares ( Escrowed Shares ) will be released from voluntary escrow on 26 June 2021.
The Escrowed Shares, which are subject to voluntary escrow for twelve months from the date of issue, were issued on 26 June 2020 to directors and consultants in lieu of fees.
