Release of Shares from Voluntary Escrow

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, ADX Energy Ltd (‘ADX’) advises that 4,380,018 ordinary shares ( Escrowed Shares ) will be released from voluntary escrow on 16 March 2019.

The Escrowed Shares, which are subject to voluntary escrow for the lesser of twelve months from the date of issue or an approved transaction being secured, were issued on 16 March 2018 to a consultant in lieu of advisory fees.
