Please find attached Appendix 3Y “Change of Director’s Interest Notice” for Ian Tchacos, Paul Fink, Andrew Childs and Edouard Etienvre relating to the the Directors participation in the Company’s Securities Purchase Plan (SPP) completed on 22 December 2023.

In relation to the late lodgement of the attached Appendix 3Ys, we advise as follows:

1. The SPP Prospectus stated the Directors participation in the SPP. All Directors participated as stated in the Prospectus. Due to an administrative oversight, 3Ys advising that the shares had been issued on 22 December 2023 were not lodged. As soon as the oversight was identified, the 3Ys were prepared and lodged with ASX.

2. ADX Energy Ltd and the directors are aware of their obligations under ASX Listing Rules 3.19A and 3.19B.

3. ADX Energy Ltd considers that the late lodgement is an isolated incident and believes that its current practices are adequate to ensure compliance with the ASX Listing Rules.
