Share Purchase Plan – How to Download Your Application Form

ADX Energy Ltd (‘ADX’, ASX Code: ADX) is aware that there may be delays for Shareholders who have not elected communication via email receiving their Share Purchase Plan (SPP) Offer Document and personalised Application Form due to COVID-19 related postage delays. If you are a ADX shareholder registered as at 5:00pm (WST) on 14 December 2020 (‘Record Date’) with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand (‘Eligible Shareholder’) and would like to participate in the SPP, the Application Forms are available for download via Computershare’s Investorcentre website by following the below steps:

Step1: Being Informed on the SPP offer - Go to http://adx-energy.com/wpcontent/uploads/2020/12/Share-Purchase-Plan-Offer-Document.pdf

Step 2: Go to www.investorcentre.com/au to download your SPP application form

Step 3: Click on “ Single holding ” on the left hand side of the page with this symbol:

Step 4: Select your Address Location and enter:

• Your Holder number (including the X or I).

• Registered postcode or country (if outside Australia).

• ADX’s ASX code ( ADX )

Step 5: Go to ‘Documents’ at the top of the page.

• Step 6: Select ‘Statements and Documents’ and click to view and download your form titled SPP Applications dated 16 December 2020.

• Step 7: If you wish to receive future communication via email, Login in to the InvestorCentre, click on ‘My Profile’ and select ‘Communication Preferences’ to enter your email address and update your communication methods.

We encourage all Shareholders to update their communication preferences on InvestorCentre to receive shareholder communications electronically, instead of post. The benefits include:

Payment must be received by Friday, 29 January 2021 5:00pm (WST).

Eligible Shareholders may purchase up to $30,000 worth of Shares, irrespective of the size of their shareholding, without incurring brokerage and commission, at a price of $0.006 per Share (“Subscription Price”).

In addition, for every two Shares issued, a free attaching unlisted option will be granted. The exercise price will be $0.008 with an expiry date of 15 June 2021 (“SPP Options”). The offer of SPP Options to Eligible Shareholders will be made separately under a prospectus (“Prospectus”). The Prospectus will be mailed to Eligible Shareholders who subscribed for and were issued Shares under the Plan.
