ADX Energy Ltd (ASX: ADX) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of ADX Energy Ltd (‘ADX’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of ADX, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 8 December 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

ADX Energy Ltd (ASX: ADX) (the Company ) hereby requests the ASX to grant a Trading Halt in its securities from market open on Monday 6 December 2021 pending an announcement regarding a capital raising, and provides the following information in relation to ASX Listing Rule 17.1:

• The Company requests that the trading halt end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 8 December 2021 or when the anticipated announcement is released to the market;

• The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and

• The Company is not aware of any other information that is necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
