ADX Energy Limited (ASX: ADX) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of ADX Energy Limited (‘ADX’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of ADX, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 3 December 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

ADX Energy Ltd (ASX: ADX) (the Company ) hereby requests the ASX to grant a Trading Halt in its securities from the commencement of trading on 29 November 2018 pending an announcement regarding a placement to sophisticated and institutional investors ( Placement ) and provides the following information in relation to ASX Listing Rule 17.1:

• The Company expects to make an announcement to the market regarding the completion of the Placement to sophisticated and institutional investors;

• The Company requests that the trading halt end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on 3 December 2018 or when the announcement regarding the Placement is released;

• The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and

• The Company is not aware of any other information that is necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
