TRADING HALT

The securities of ADX Energy Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 10 November 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

ADX Energy Ltd (ASX: ADX) (the Company ) hereby requests the ASX to grant a Trading Halt in its securities from the commencement of trading on 8 November 2016 pending an announcement regarding a capital raising, and provides the following information in relation to ASX Listing Rule 17.1:

• The Company requests that the trading halt end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on 10 November 2016 or when the announcement is released;

• The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and

• The Company is not aware of any other information that is necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
