Dr Wolfgang Zimmer was not re-elected to the ADX Energy Ltd ( ASX:ADX ) Board by Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 26 May 2016.

Attached is an Appendix 3Z Final Director’s Interest Notice for Dr Zimmer.
