ADX Non Executive Director Appointment

ADX Energy ( ASX: ADX ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Rob Brown to the Board of ADX. Mr Brown provides ADX with extensive international project feasibility, design and execution experience ideally suited to the Company’s strategy of converting its large discovered resource base to production thereby delivering exceptional value growth for its shareholders.

Mr Brown (CEng MEng MIChemE GAICD) is a petroleum industry professional with 24 years international project experience in the North Sea, South & North America, Asian Sub-continent, Africa and Australia. Rob has managed the development of a range of assets at differing stages in their field-life cycle. He has been responsible for progressing assets from appraisal, through the development and start-up phases on to production operations for Amoco, Schlumberger, Lasmo, Cairn and Tullow.

Mr Brown is a Chartered Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Leeds and is a Member of the ICHEME and SPE. He is a Senior Adjunct Lecturer in Engineering at ECU. He has recently been admitted as GAICD (Graduate to the Australian Institute of Company Directors). His professional interests and focuses include risk management, innovative/disruptive technologies and process safety.
