Appointment of Joint Company Secretary

ADX Energy Ltd ( ASX:ADX ) hereby announces the appointment of Amanda Sparks as joint Company Secretary. Ms Sparks will share company secretarial duties with Peter Ironside and will continue to provide part time accounting and financial management services to the company.

Ms Sparks is a chartered accountant with extensive experience with a number of successful resource companies.
