Exercise and award of Options, TVR and Director / PDMR Shareholding

ADVFN announces that Mr Clem Chambers, CEO, on 5 February 2019 exercised existing options over a total of 40,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.275 per Ordinary Share.

Accordingly, an application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue and it is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings will commence on or around 12 February 2019.

Following Admission, the Company will have 25,703,846 Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM and Mr Chambers will be interested in 603,198 Ordinary Shares representing 2.3467% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
