Director / PDMR shareholding

Admission became effective and dealings commenced on 22 March 2023 in the new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the Open Offer.

As previously announced, 1,057,576 Open Offer Shares were issued to Amit Tauman, a director of the Company together with 352,525 Open Offer Warrants (as set out in the Appendix). Following admission, Amit Tauman is interested in aggregate 5,437,972 Ordinary Shares representing 11.82 per cent. of the ordinary issued share capital.
