Corporate update
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 14th February 2022 that the Company had requested information from Mr Yair Tauman in respect of the individuals proposed by him as directors of the Company, the Company announces that information has now been provided and is being dealt with following normal and required review procedures. Provided this process is concluded satisfactorily, the Company will look to send to shareholders a circular containing a notice of general meeting on or by 18th March 2022 containing resolutions proposing the appointment of the new directors in the form requested by Mr Tauman.
