Corporate Update

The Board of ADVFN announced in November 2017 that ADVFN had formed a new venture, MJAC InvestorsHub International Conferences Limited ("MJAC InvestorsHub"), to develop conference and new exhibition opportunities. USA-based THC Therapeutics, Inc, now re-named Millenium Blockchain, ("MBLC"), had agreed to take a 50% interest in MJAC InvestorsHub. As MBLC has not to date completed its planned investment in MJAC InvestorsHub, the Board of ADVFN has decided to terminate the joint venture arrangements and continue to develop MJAC InvestorsHub as a wholly-owned venture. The next MJAC InvestorsHub conference, the "Blockchain Summit" is being held at Old Billingsgate in London on 13 June 2018. The Blockchain Summit is expected to have in excess of 50 corporate exhibitors together with pioneers, innovators and thought-leaders in the blockchain industry to examine all aspects of the blockchain industry.
