Director Appointment

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Basham to its board as a Non Executive Director, with immediate effect.  

Following an early career as a financial journalist and fund manager, Brian has more than 25 years' experience in corporate affairs. Since 1976, Brian has founded and subsequently sold a number of successful businesses, including Broad Street Associates, which was sold to BDDP following its float in 1986 and Primrose Care which was sold to BUPA in 1998.

Brian is currently the executive chairman of Equity Development, a leading sponsored research provider and executive chairman of ArchOver Limited, a crowd lending platform established in 2014.

Commenting on his appointment, the Company's Chairman, Michael Hodges said; "I am delighted that Brian has joined the board of ADVFN. Brian brings with him a wealth of industry knowledge and experience and I would like to welcome him on behalf of the board".
