ADVFN Plc ("ADVFN" or the "Company")

New Director

ADVFN plc ("ADVFN" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Matthew David Collom, aged 37, as Sales Director with immediate effect. 

Mr. Collom joined ADVFN in 2001 and has 14 years' experience within the online advertising industry.

Mr. Collom has previously been a director at The Social Engine Ltd within the last five years. The Social Engine Ltd was voluntarily dissolved by the directors on 7 January 2014.

Mr. Collom currently indirectly holds through a related party, 84,248 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 0.02% of the entire share capital.

The Company confirms there is no other information that falls to be disclosed under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
