Tech Mpire Limited (ASX: TMP) hereby advises pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A that

• i) 73,530 unquoted fully paid ordinary shares are due to be released from escrow on 29 June 2016.

Tech Mpire Limited will apply to ASX for quotation of these securities under separate cover.

• ii) 6,500,000 options with an exercise price of $0.50 and an expiry date of 29 June 2018 are due to be released from escrow on 29 June 2016.
