APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Tech Mpire Limited (ASX:TMP) is pleased to advise the appointment of Mr Patrick O’Connor as an independent, non-executive director, effective immediately.

Mr O’Connor has almost 30 years’ experience in both executive and non-executive director roles, spanning a variety of industries. Mr O’Connor has been instrumental in the development, implementation and monitoring of effective business strategy, at a number of public, private and government owned organisations. He also brings extensive corporate governance experience to the Board of Tech Mpire.

Mr O’Connor currently holds the position of non-executive director of Stanmore Coal (ASX:SMR).
