On March 3, 2026, Advantage Solutions Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.

On March 3, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. ET, the Company will host a conference call announcing its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of management’s earnings presentation materials is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
