Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that on 20 February 2023, Vin Murria, Chairperson, sold 538,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company from her personal holding ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 82.0 pence per Ordinary Share. On the same day, Vin Murria purchased 88,000 Ordinary Shares into her SIPP at a price of 82.0 pence per Ordinary Share.

Concurrently, on 20 February 2023 Vin Murria's husband, Sunil Bhalla, purchased 450,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 82.0 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, Vin Murria's direct interest in the Company is 17,050,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 12.80 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company and Vin Murria's husband Sunil Bhalla's direct interest in the Company is 450,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.34 per cent.

There is no change to the combined holdings of Vin Murria and Sunil Bhalla.
