Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that on 29 November 2022, Vin Murria, Chairperson, sold 10,635,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from her personal holding at a price of 77.0 pence per Ordinary Share.

Additionally, on 29 November 2022 Vin Murria's husband, Sunil Bhalla, purchased 10,635,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 77.0 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, Vin Murria's direct interest in the Company is 6,865,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 5.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company and Vin Murria's husband Sunil Bhalla's direct interest in the Company is 10,635,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 8.0 per cent. There is no change to the combined holdings of Vin Murria and her husband Sunil Bhalla.
