Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that on 25 July 2024, Vin Murria, Chairperson, sold 5,050,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company from her personal holding ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 145.00 pence per Ordinary Share. On the same day, Vin Murria's husband, Sunil Bhalla, purchased 5,050,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 145.01 pence per Ordinary Share.

In addition, the Company was also notified that on 29 July 2024, Vin Murria sold 5,047,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company from her personal holding at a price of 144.00 pence per Ordinary Share. On the same day, Sunil Bhalla, purchased 5,047,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 144.01 pence per Ordinary Share.

There is no change to the combined holdings of Vin Murria and Sunil Bhalla.
