Winsford, UK: Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (AIM: AMS.L), the surgical and advanced woundcare specialist company,announces that Mary Tavener, Group Finance Director, has exercised certain share incentive awards as outlined below.

In order to cover the exercise cost and the tax payable on this exercise Mary Tavener has sold 55,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each on 23 April 2015 at 139.25 pence per share as detailed below.
