Winsford, UK: Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (AIM: AMS.L), the surgical and advanced woundcare specialist company, announces that on 15 April 2015, the Board, following a recommendation from the Remuneration Committee, granted new share options to the following Directors under the Advanced Medical Solutions Deferred Annual Bonus Plan (the '2014 DAB').

This award is in respect of the part of their bonus that the Directors are compulsorily required to defer for the 2014 financial year. These options vest at the end of three years.
