Winsford, UK, 21 May 2015 - Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (AIM: AMS.L), the surgical and advanced woundcare specialist company, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, each of the Resolutions were passed.  Further details of each of the resolutions are set out in the Notice of Meeting, which was sent to shareholders on 21 April 2015.
