Zamil Industrial Investment Company “Zamil Industrial” newly elected Board, elected during the General Assembly meeting held on 18/04/2016, held today (Wednesday 11/05/2016) its first meeting in its seventh term (01/05/2016 until 30/04/2019) and has appointed Khalid A. Al Zamil as the Chairman of the Board. Moreover, the Board appointed the members of the Audit, and Nomination & Remuneration Committees.
