ZAMIL INDUSTRIAL ANNOUNCES THE DEMISE OF ONE OF ITS BOARD MEMBERS

Zamil Industrial Investment Company (Zamil Industrial) Board sadly announces the demise of its board member, Sami Khalifah Al Gosaibi, who passed away last Saturday (November 5th, 2011). The Board of Directors and Management of the company express their heartfelt condolences to the entire Al Gosaibi family, friends and colleagues for this great loss. We pray Allah Almighty to rest his soul.

The Board will announce at a later stage the appointment of a temporary member replacing the deceased who will continue his term which expires on 30 April 2013.
