ZAMIL INDUSTRIAL COMMENCES E-VOTING FOR ITS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (ORDINARY SESSION)

Zamil Industrial Investment Company (Zamil Industrial) would like to announce to its shareholders, who are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting (Ordinary Session), that electronic voting shall be available to enable them to vote on the agenda items of its 2013 Annual General Meeting (Ordinary Session), which will be held on Wednesday 16/06/1435H corresponding to 16/04/2014 at 18:30 pm at Zamil Air Conditioners auditorium in the First Industrial City in Dammam. Shareholders who are registered in Tadawulaty services portal can effectively vote online from 11 am on Wednesday 26/03/2014 until 11 am on Wednesday 16/04/2014. Zamil Industrial cordially invites its shareholders and urges them to actively participate and vote online by visiting Tadawulaty web page http://tadawulaty.tadawul.com.sa , a free service available to all shareholders.
