Share Placement with Cashel House

Advanced Braking Technology is pleased to announce that it has been approached and worked with Cashel House in placing 77,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at a price of 0.7c per share to raise $539,000. This now brings the total raised by the company to $2.583m which is in line with the capital required as identified with the strategy changes announced in the market update of 20[th] May, 2014.
