On 16 May 2008 the Company lodged an
Appendix 3B in relation to its Rights Issue and
Shortfall Offer made under a prospectus dated
16 May 2008. In the Appendix 3B dated 16
May 2008 the Company disclosed that a total of
230,444,148 ordinary shares would be offered
under the Prospectus. On 30 June 2008 the
Company issued 57,521,685 ordinary shares
under the Prospectus. This Appendix 3B relates
to that issue.
Up to a further 172,922,463 shares will be
issued under the Shortfall Offer which remains
open.
On 21 February 2007 the Company lodged an
Appendix 3B for 10,000 shares in relation to
Prospectus dated 15 February 2007 for the
Public Offerof 10,000 sharesnotissued.

Quotation agreement

  • 1 +Quotation of our additional +securities is in ASX’s absolute discretion. ASX may quote the[+] securities on any conditions it decides.

  • 2 We warrant the following to ASX.

  • The issue of the[+] securities to be quoted complies with the law and is not for an illegal purpose.

  • There is no reason why those[+] securities should not be granted[+] quotation.

  • An offer of the[+] securities for sale within 12 months after their issue will not require disclosure under section 707(3) or section 1012C(6) of the Corporations Act.

Note: An entity may need to obtain appropriate warranties from subscribers for the securities in order to be able to give this warranty
