2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

CHAIRS’ ADDRESS TO SHAREHOLDERS

Dear Shareholders,

As Chair, I am pleased to report that FY25 has been a year of strong growth and solid results for ABT. From financial performance to innovative product launches and the expansion of ABT’s global presence, the year demonstrates both the strength of the Company and the effectiveness of its strategy.

At the heart of this success is ABT’s team, the driving force behind the Company’s growth and innovation.

ABT achieved several remarkable milestones during the year.

Revenue grew steadily across every quarter, reflecting consistent demand and effective business development. The launches of BRAKEiQ and the Toyota Hilux Failsafe Sealed Integrated Brake System expanded the product portfolio and opened new opportunities. In addition, the engineering team reached a key milestone with the development of ABT’s first driveline brake for a JCB Telehandler, further broadening the applications of its products in mining.

A key part of the Company’s strategy is geographic diversification, and this year offshore revenue grew by 47%, driven by activity in Canada, Indonesia, and Mongolia. This demonstrates ABT’s ability to expand successfully into new markets.

FY25 was also a year of strengthening ABT’s foundations as it moves into Horizon 2 of its strategic roadmap. The Company welcomed new talent, enhanced its Learning and Development programs, refined its performance management framework, secured ISO accreditations, implemented a stronger project management structure, and developed key supplier relationships. Together, these measures provide a robust platform to support continued growth.

Looking ahead, the mining industry is evolving rapidly, with long-term demand expected to remain strong. Safety technology is becoming increasingly critical and regulated across diverse industries, creating a compelling long-term outlook for ABT. The Board is confident in the Company’s trajectory: ABT will continue to innovate, expand its technologies to new vehicles, and grow its installed base.

On behalf of the Board, I extend my gratitude to Andrew Booth and his team for their dedication, vision, and hard work. Appreciation is also extended to ABT’s customers, partners, and you, our shareholders for your ongoing support and trust—it is truly valued.

Dagmar Parsons Chair
