ADVANCE METALS LIMITED – UPCOMING GENERAL MEETING

Advance Metals Limited (ASX: AVM) (the Company) will be holding a General Meeting at 1:00pm WST time on 25 March 2025 (the Meeting).

In accordance with the Corporations Amendment (Meetings and Documents) Act 2022, the Company will not be sending hard copies of the Notice of Meeting (the Notice) to Shareholders unless hardcopies have been requested. The Notice can be viewed and downloaded from https://www2.asx.com.au/markets/company/avm.

A copy of your personalised proxy form is enclosed for your convenience. Please complete and return the attached proxy form to the Company’s share registry, Boardroom Pty Limited as outlined in Step 4 of the proxy form.
