Following mailing and lodgement of the Pacific American Coal Limited ( Company ) Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held Thursday 5 May 2016 ( Notice ), the Company realised the Notice lodged 5 April 2016 requires the following corrections:

1. Insertion of the name and address of the Auditor into Resolution 10: Approval of Change of Auditor‐ Hall Chadwick Chartered Accountants, Level 40, 2 Park Street SYDNEY NSW 2000 (Page 5); and

2. Correction of the name of the Company’s Shareholder who nominated Hall Chadwick Chartered Accountants ‐ UHIN Pty Ltd ACN 120 507 600 (Page 23).
